1. Scope

This Refund Policy governs all registrations for Regen Growth Live, held October 23 to 24, 2026 at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida (the "Event"), hosted by Regen Portal LLC ("Regen Portal," "we," "us"). By registering, you agree to this Refund Policy together with the Event Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Admission to the Event is by application and acceptance only. Each registration admits one named attendee.

2. How to cancel

To cancel a registration, send written notice to legal@regenportal.com. A cancellation is effective on the date we receive your notice. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the effective date.

3. Refund schedule

Through September 23, 2026. If we receive your written cancellation on or before September 23, 2026, we will refund the amounts you have paid, less: (a) the $1,000 Onboarding Allocation (the value of the digital onboarding package) described in Section 4, if it applies to you; and (b) payment processing fees equal to 4% of the amounts paid, charged in each direction (once when the payment was collected and once when the refund is issued).

After September 23, 2026. All payments are non-refundable, including the balance payment charged on October 1, 2026 under a split-payment registration, except as provided in Section 5 for split-payment deposits cancelled before the balance is charged.

Late registrations. Registration remains open through October 1, 2026. Registrations purchased after September 23, 2026 are non-refundable from the moment of purchase.

4. Digital onboarding allocation

Every registration includes immediate access to the Regen Growth Live digital onboarding package: the Claude skill suite and the video training library, delivered once your registration is paid in full (the "Onboarding Package"). The Onboarding Package is valued at $1,000, and that value is allocated out of your registration fee (the "Onboarding Allocation").

The Onboarding Package is digital content and cannot be returned once delivered. The $1,000 Onboarding Allocation is non-refundable from the moment you first access or download any part of the Onboarding Package. Access is recorded through the delivery platform. If you cancel on or before September 23, 2026 and have never accessed or downloaded any part of the Onboarding Package, the Onboarding Allocation is not deducted from your refund.

The pre-event live sessions are not part of the Onboarding Package and are not included in the Onboarding Allocation.

5. Split payments

Split payments are arranged with us directly and are not offered through the standard checkout. When a split payment is arranged, a 50% deposit invoice reserves your seat once paid, and the remaining 50% balance is automatically billed to your payment method on October 1, 2026 through a separate invoice, as disclosed and agreed when the split payment is set up. Your seat is not fully confirmed until the balance is paid.

No onboarding materials or digital assets are delivered on a split-payment registration until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation before the balance is charged. If we receive your written cancellation before the October 1, 2026 balance charge, the balance invoice is cancelled and no further payments are collected. Because no onboarding materials have been delivered, your deposit is refunded in full less 4% payment processing fees in each direction, regardless of the date of cancellation. Once the balance has been paid, the registration is non-refundable under Section 3.

Failed balance payment. If the balance cannot be charged on October 1, 2026, we will contact you to complete payment. If the balance remains unpaid on October 6, 2026, we may cancel the registration and release the seat, and your deposit is refunded less 4% payment processing fees in each direction.

6. Transfers

A registration may be transferred to a qualified attendee (a person who has completed the Event application and been accepted) with written notice to legal@regenportal.com and Regen Portal's prior written approval, granted or withheld at our discretion. The transferee takes the registration on the same terms, including the recorded status of the Onboarding Allocation. Each registration may be transferred once. No transfers are permitted after October 16, 2026.

7. No-shows and partial attendance

Failure to attend the Event, or attendance of only part of the Event, does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

8. Bundled benefits

Any benefits bundled with a registration, including Founding Member access to the Stem Cell Gurus community, terminate when the registration is cancelled, refunded, or transferred. Transferred registrations carry bundled benefits to the transferee.

9. Changes, postponement, and cancellation by Regen Portal

Speakers, sessions, and the schedule are subject to change. Changes to the program do not entitle you to a refund.

Postponement. If the Event is postponed, your registration automatically applies to the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the rescheduled dates, you may cancel by written notice within fourteen (14) days after the new dates are announced and receive a refund of the amounts you have paid, less the Onboarding Allocation if you have accessed the Onboarding Package. Processing fees are not deducted on a postponement refund.

Cancellation by Regen Portal. If we cancel the Event and do not reschedule it, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, with no deduction for the Onboarding Allocation or processing fees. This refund is the exclusive remedy for a cancelled Event; we are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs.

10. Travel and lodging

Registration does not include travel or lodging. Room-block reservations at the resort are made directly with the hotel under the hotel's own terms and cancellation policies, which this Refund Policy does not cover. We recommend refundable fares and travel insurance.

11. Billing questions and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at legal@regenportal.com before disputing the charge with your card issuer so we can resolve it. Amounts retained under this Refund Policy reflect terms disclosed and agreed at the time of purchase.

12. General

This Refund Policy is incorporated into the Event Terms and Conditions. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that registration. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are resolved as provided in the Terms and Conditions.
